About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of our multifamily projects, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily development.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
