Job Summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Froster is responsible for creating high-quality cakes that meet our guests' expectations. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to excellence in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cake Decoration: Follow proprietary frosting recipes and application methods to decorate cakes with precision and achieve productivity goals.
  • Equipment Operation: Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
  • Inventory Management: Prioritize cake pre-orders, frost cakes for walk-in guest orders, and maintain adequate supplies of samples and frosted cakes.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure they meet our standards and inform management of any quality control issues.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations, and wash equipment as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.
