Job Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed treatments and medications, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Maintain current health care plans according to a scheduled rotation, documenting acute episodes or significant changes in resident status.
  • Supervise aides in their duties, monitoring their work, assigning tasks, and specifying break times.
  • Direct charting on your shift, making detailed evaluations of all resident charting in accordance with facility policy, regulatory guidelines, and resident status.

You will be responsible for working closely with physicians, families, and residents to ensure comprehensive care and support.
