Job Description

MEDVACON Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for prospecting and engaging with Life Science and Manufacturing companies to promote and market our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the Life Science industry and its regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage with potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. sales, marketing, business)
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Life Science industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
