Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our US finance team at Turner & Townsend. As a key contributor, this role will be responsible for the preparation and support of monthly and quarterly financial information, developing new reporting structures, and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the process of preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual management and statutory statements and reports.
  • Investigate key metrics and analyze business impact.
  • Develop new and streamline existing reports to scale the reporting structure of the business.
  • Collaborate with the group finance team and wider business to create synergies and transparency in all commercial facing reporting and data aggregation.
  • Provide assistance in ad-hoc tasks and other finance and business initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Ensure all reports comply with GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Keep track of various reporting requirements and ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reports through rigorous quality checks.
  • Presentation of findings to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Review and recommend improvements to financial reporting processes.
  • Ensuring precision in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and best practices.
