Position Overview:

This role entails overseeing the daily operations of ADP Program Finance tasks. The selected candidate will engage in various program finance activities, demonstrating the capability to independently establish and manage Performance Measurement Baselines, conduct thorough analysis and reconciliation of actual expenditures, and develop Estimates at Complete (EAC). Additionally, the role includes performing Earned Value analysis, determining suitable Earned Value techniques, and executing variance analysis utilizing diverse Enterprise toolsets.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial cost analyses, including cost allocation and cost control.
  • Prepare reports and contractual deliverables, assisting in the formulation and documentation of corrective action plans.
  • Prepare detailed analyses for presentation to various leadership levels.

A level 4 employee typically possesses several years of professional experience.

Eligibility Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen. This position necessitates obtaining a DoD Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their practical application.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis.

Preferred Skills:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).
  • Experience with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
  • Background in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
  • Ability to analyze data through self-developed queries.
  • Familiarity with cost systems akin to Deltek Cobra.

Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across multiple locations. Experience in transforming raw data into concise written/oral management reports is crucial.

  • Experience with formal CPR/IPMR Reporting.
  • Capability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
  • Experience in contributing significantly within a diverse team composed of various disciplines.
  • DoD Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
