We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Regency at the Park. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality resident care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Train and assist the director of nursing in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
  • Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
  • Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
  • Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
  • Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
  • Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
  • Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.
Requirements:
  • Possess a current LPN license in good standing.
  • New grads are encouraged to apply.
