About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Sports Medicine and Orthopedics. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider.
  • Observe, report, and record medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record.
  • Instruct patients and families according to teaching plans.
  • Communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required prior to completion of orientation.
