Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing overtime
- Coordinate Community Participation Supports activities, including scheduling and staffing events
- Monitor attendance, lateness, and absences, and implement strategies to improve staff engagement and productivity
- Develop and implement effective scheduling software to streamline operations
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
