Job Summary

The Physical Therapist assists patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment in outpatient and inpatient settings.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
  • Respective state license in Physical Therapy or Authorization to Test Letter
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • Valid state driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population served
