We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Imaging Assistant to join our team at Kapi'olani Women's Center. As an Imaging Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and clinical support to the imaging program, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Assist with patient preparation and imaging procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients.
  • Collaborate with imaging staff to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Support the imaging team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of hospital, clinic, or related experience preferred.
  • Completion of a nurse aide or medical assistant program a plus.
  • Current BLS CPR certification a plus.
  • Previous experience in an imaging department a plus.
  • Data entry experience a plus.
