About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team at Recruiterboom. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet business needs
  • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including social media, employee referrals, and job boards
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
  • Prepare and post job advertisements, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Provide analytical reports to the team on recruitment metrics and trends
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a strong track record of success in full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
