Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical home care and assistance as per the Client's Individual Service Plan.
  • Tasks may include cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry services.
  • Assist with meal and snack preparation following client and supervisor guidelines.
  • Offer standby assistance and ensure safety supervision.
  • Engage in companionship activities such as walks, social outings, and hobbies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered.
  • Work primarily in the client's residence, occasionally in care facilities.
  • Shift schedules will vary based on client needs.
