Position Overview:
As a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications, verifying the quality of technician-prepared products, and maintaining the security of pharmaceutical inventory and controlled substances. You will also be tasked with accurately entering patient orders and information, assisting in the training of new pharmacy staff, and providing updates to the pharmacy Director regarding daily operations.
Work Schedule:
This role requires availability to work every other weekend, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Additionally, you will assist in covering staff leave as needed.
About Our Pharmacy:
Our pharmacy operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Springwoods Behavioral Health, established in 2009, is a modern private psychiatric facility with an 80-bed capacity, serving children, adolescents, and adults. The facility features a two-story patient wing designed with large windows to enhance natural light and views, creating a welcoming environment for patients. The campus includes a dedicated building for therapy, education, dietary services, and administration, all staffed by a collaborative team committed to providing exceptional patient care. The serene six-acre campus is adjacent to a protected Audubon Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary, offering a tranquil setting conducive to recovery.
Qualifications Required:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Arkansas Pharmacist License in good standing
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in behavioral health
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions
- Proven accuracy and efficiency in a professional environment
- Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and pharmacy management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Health and Safety Requirements:
Applicants may be required to provide proof of immunizations and undergo health screenings as part of the hiring process, including:
- Negative TB skin test within the last year
- Documentation of MMR immunity
- Varicella vaccination records
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or declination
- Influenza vaccination during the designated season
