About the Role

Zenith ATX, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service & Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products or services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our client's products or services to provide expert advice and support.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, customer service techniques, and company policies through training and self-improvement.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through our key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or related experience preferred, but not required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to remain patient and composed, even in challenging customer situations.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: A track record of punctuality and reliability in meeting work schedules.
  • Performance Metrics: Ability to meet or exceed company's performance metrics.
