Job Opportunity for Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Tyler, Texas.

  • Board Certification in Neonatal Nursing is required.
  • The selected candidate will work a 7-day schedule, with 24-hour shifts in a 28-day period.
  • The facility is a smaller, specialized unit in the Tyler area, providing care to neonates.
  • The NICU is staffed by Neonatologists and NNP's, ensuring comprehensive care.
  • The average daily census has been 24 neonates over the past 6 months.
  • The NNP will be responsible for attending deliveries of premature, twins, or high-risk babies.
  • The average number of deliveries per day is 5.
  • A competitive salary with a 5% annual quality bonus is offered.
  • A sign-on bonus is negotiable.

Eligible candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctors with a current US work visa.
