We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated pediatric nurses at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our medically fragile patients and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our pediatric patients. As a pediatric nurse, you will be responsible for delivering care to our patients in their homes, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Current valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Texas
  • Experience working with pediatric patients and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
