Job Summary:

As a Nurse Specialist at Tyson Foods Inc., you will play a critical role in promoting and restoring health, preventing illness and injury, and protecting workers from work-related and environmental hazards. This position requires a current unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse and a strong commitment to confidentiality and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct medical history and physical assessments to identify potential health risks and develop strategies for prevention and intervention.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide education and training on communicable diseases and other occupational health topics.
Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

Current unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse.
1+ years' experience in a nursing field, with clinical hours acceptable for graduate nurses.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Basic computer skills and ability to work with electronic medical documentation systems.
