Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at CNH Group, a Crumbl Cookies Franchisee. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our hourly staff and ensuring exceptional customer service, quality, and cleanliness in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Hourly Staff: Supervise and train our team of Shift Leads, Mixers, and Bakers to ensure they are meeting our high standards of excellence.
  • Customer Service and Quality: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operations and Scheduling: Assist with scheduling, dough production planning, and baking schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Training and Development: Lead training curriculum for new hires and staff working on advanced training categories, and mentor team members on our company values and procedures.
  • Store Opening and Closing Procedures: Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time, including use of our app for checklists and cookie inventory and waste reporting.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Previous retail or food service leadership experience is required.
  • Industry Experience: At least 3 years of relevant industry experience is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work some weekend shifts, including Friday nights and Saturdays, and to open or close the store when necessary.
  • Education and Certifications: Completion of Food Handlers certificate before hire date, and completion of all internal training certifications within 90 days of hire.
  • Communication and Technical Skills: Comfortable with Smart Phone Apps, Spreadsheets, Email, and Online Calendars.

  • Guaranteed Tip Minimum: This role includes a guaranteed minimum tip amount of at least $3.00 per hour, with no cap on tips collected.
