About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at CPS Solutions, LLC. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed pharmacists in various pharmacy activities, including preparing and delivering medications, performing order entry, and sterile compounding.
  • Procure and manage medications, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
  • Perform billing and administrative tasks to support pharmacy operations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations and patient care.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current California Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
  • Pharmacy Technician certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Pharmacy experience, beyond the externship, in a hospital or retail pharmacy (hospital preferred).
  • Proficient in math and able to lift, bend, and reach.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
