Responsibilities:

Sourcing:

* Proactively source and evaluate new investment opportunities, building a robust deal pipeline through industry relationships
* Utilize advanced data analysis tools to extract actionable insights from large datasets and drive investment strategies
* Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to identify trends and potential investments

Due Diligence:

* Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential investments from pre-Seed to pre-IPO, including rigorous financial modeling, market analysis, and competitor assessments
* Craft detailed investment memos and presentations, communicating key findings to internal and external stakeholders
* Develop and articulate clear investment theses, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to support decision-making
* Lead special projects and strategic initiatives within the firm, including the exploration of emerging trends and new market opportunities

Portfolio Company and LP Support:

* Monitor and support portfolio companies, providing strategic insights to drive growth and optimize performance
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with co-investors, portfolio company management teams, Limited Partners, and industry partners

Requirements:

* 2-5 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm, venture capital fund, or in gaming corporate development or strategy
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related field from a top-tier institution, with a GPA of 3.7+ / 4.0
* Exceptional analytical and Excel financial modeling skills, with a proven ability to identify and interpret trends within large data sets
* Experience in crafting detailed investment memos and presentations in PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships and an eagerness to develop networking skills
* Leadership instincts, with experience in taking initiative and driving projects to completion
* Track record of success in a high-performance environment, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for gaming, demonstrated through relevant professional experience, investments, or deep industry knowledge
