Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement escalation processes for project issues and risks.
  • Create and deliver project reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
  • Develop strategies to meet project timelines and minimize risks.
  • Discuss project updates and risk management with the team.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance.
  • Represent Insight Global and the University of Illinois System in project meetings.
  • Coordinate fiber and utility delivery for the DPI headquarters project.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of civil infrastructure experience.
  • Experience in engineering planning, design, and construction management.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, in a hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management systems.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT licensure.
