Job Overview

About the Role
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician who can provide excellent patient care and communicate effectively with families. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. This permanent position includes a mix of weekdays and some weekends and after-hours shifts. You will need to speak Spanish or Creole fluently and have an active Florida license or be in the process of obtaining one.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to children from birth through adolescence
- Conduct well-baby exams, sick visits, and routine check-ups
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about patient health and treatment options
