We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our data and voice networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot user support inquiries, including hardware, software, and telecommunication issues
  • Answer incoming calls to the User Support group, solve initial inquiries from end-users, and route complex inquiries to the appropriate resource
  • Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally, and promote teamwork professionally
