Job Title: Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst



About the Job



We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Willow ABA Services. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians, and developing and implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs for our clients.

Responsibilities



* Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure they are performing their jobs in accordance with the guidelines set forth by Willow, HIPAA regulations, the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts, and all other pertinent regulatory bodies.
* Develop and implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs for our clients, including written behavioral strategies and data-tracking mechanisms.
* Provide ongoing supervision of one-to-one direct ABA treatment programming, including conducting thorough medical documentation audits for all clients regularly.
* Assist in overseeing and providing consultation to Willow staff regarding client skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction programming.
* Participate in the presentation of client progress and attend client team meetings as necessary or as requested.
* Ensure that all staff members demonstrate proficiency in implementing ABA programming, by utilizing behavior change procedures that meet the designated standards of reliability and scientific rigor.

Requirements



* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in ABA, with operational experience and the ability to oversee clinical operations.
* Management experience of 10+ staff members preferred.
* Competency in writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
* Experience and willingness to work with high-magnitude or crisis intervention cases.
* Experience with treatment plan submission to insurance companies and knowledge of BACB ethics and policies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership skills, thorough and detail-oriented.
