About Patterns

We are a center-based, in-home, and school provider of behavioral services to families with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Your Role

As a member of our team, you will assist the Regional Clinical Director with hiring, training, supervising, and developing Behavior Technicians, and assist in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of strategies for program continuation and growth
  • Supervise and develop Behavior Technicians
  • Provide consultation and support to families and children
  • Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on Program Development and Quality Assurance

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in the ABA field
  • Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Experience conducting assessments
