Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality presentation of the audio-visual experience in our theaters, maintaining the efficiency of our bowling and gaming areas, and performing general maintenance of the entire facility.
Responsibilities:- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on arcade games.
- Ensure all games are functioning properly and safely.
- Conduct routine checks and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
- Address technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform basic building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for presentations and events.
- Assist with the technical aspects of event preparation and execution.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to support overall facility operations.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address facility-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Be prepared to respond quickly to emergencies, such as equipment failures or safety hazards, to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Strong technical and mechanical skills.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for managing maintenance records.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak time.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Able to work in confined spaces.
- Able to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise, and repetitive motion.
- Able to work in high places.
