Job Opportunity:

At First Student, we are committed to providing safe and reliable transportation to our customers. As a Monitor/Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our students and the safe operation of our routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational oversight and day-to-day management of routes
  • Assist drivers in safe operation of routes
  • Communicate with school personnel, students, and parents
  • Attend safety and training meetings
  • Conduct emergency evacuations and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
