Veterans Healthcare Specialist

A-Team Solutions LLC is seeking licensed practical nurses to fill full-time contract positions at the VA hospital in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's direct patient care experience within the last three years.
About the PositionWe are offering an estimated salary of $85,000 per annum, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and FSA benefits. As a member of our team, you will participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care provided to patients in the Community Living Center unit.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as a direct patient care provider and carry out nursing care for assigned patients.
- Observe patients' changing conditions and report changes on the nursing progress note and care plan.
- Meet safety and security needs of patients at all times.
- Promote a sense of dignity and self-worth for all patients and staff.
- Respect patients' rights, including visual and auditory privacy.
- A current license in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth in the U.S. or the District of Columbia.
- Current Basic Life Support certification by an American Heart Association Vendor.
- A valid LPN License.
- A minimum of one year's direct patient care experience within the last three years.
