Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes in Springfield, TN.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders, working closely with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, using your expertise to develop effective care plans.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members, documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses to inform patient care.

Qualifications:

Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where you'll be practicing.

Current TB or Chest X-Ray, ensuring a safe working environment for patients and colleagues.

Current BLS card, demonstrating your commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
