Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the setup of personnel files for new hires, including badge photography and employee number assignments.
- Process a variety of employment-related documentation, including applications, enrollment forms, and confidential records.
- Maintain and disseminate up-to-date employee information, policy manuals, and other essential communications.
- Compile and analyze data from personnel records to generate reports.
- Verify payroll entries and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies with management.
- Track comprehensive employee information, including personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Update employee files to reflect personnel actions and support payroll processing.
- Assist in the execution and analysis of internal and external surveys for policy development.
- Calculate wages and maintain data for payroll processing, potentially utilizing SAP for data entry.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings and address routine inquiries regarding HR policies, escalating issues as necessary.
- Order supplies to facilitate HR operations and support various events.
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
Education Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is typically required.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of three years of relevant experience is generally expected.
