We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist II to join our team at Sutter Health. As a Physical Therapist II, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of innovative rehabilitation programs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individually designed physical treatment programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and prevent physical dysfunction.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and tests, and develop and update patient Plans of Care (POCs) based on assessment data and diagnosis.
- Provide and progress treatment for patients according to established standards and POCs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and support team members to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
- Document patient evaluations, tests, and treatment progressions accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- PT-Physical Therapist licensure or equivalent
- 2 years of recent relevant experience in physical therapy
Work Environment:
The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Physical Therapist II will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records.
