Physical Therapy Clinic Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to lead our team as a Clinic Director at Select Physical Therapy in Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization that values patient-centered care and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with staff development and growth, offering clinical and non-clinical employees coaching, guidance, training, and support.
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts by creating and fostering high levels of trust, promoting physical and psychological safety, and celebrating and recognizing team and individual achievements.
- Develop strategies to increase profitability, including the growth of referral sources, organic marketing efforts, and building strong community relationships.
- Provide direct patient care that promotes an exceptional patient experience and encourage development, learning, and growth that will enable clinical staff to support patients' needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or graduated from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of California.
- CPR certification required.
Benefits:
- An estimated salary of $100,000 - $125,000 per year, based on location and experience.
