Job Title: Freezer Stocker

Restaurant Depot is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Freezer Stocker to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized freezer environment, ensuring that products are properly stocked and rotated, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stocking and rotating frozen products on shelves to ensure freshness and availability
  • Maintaining a clean and organized freezer environment, including sweeping and cleaning floors, and removing trash and debris
  • Providing prompt and courteous customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting with inventory management, including counting and tracking stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies to management
  • Working collaboratively with other warehouse staff to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
