Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to join our team at Global Recruiters Network of Bloomington. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the full sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closings with hospitals and IDNs in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and hospital contracting (GPOs, IDNs, acute/non-acute care). You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Your expertise in contract negotiations and resolving client issues through cross-functional collaboration will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closings with hospitals and IDNs in the MidAtlantic Region.
- Build relationships with hospitals, including cold calling and engaging multiple decision-makers to drive sales.
- Support contract negotiations with National Accounts and Directors to align with organizational goals.
- Manage field-level wholesaler/distributor relationships and develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate on contracts, RFPs, and account prioritization to ensure effective engagement and compliance with budget goals.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
