About the Role

The Urology Clinical Coordinator at US Urology Partners is responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to the practice's providers. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct assigned provider patient schedules throughout the day.
  • Manage medication/script lines, redirecting messages to RNs, PAs/NPs, or providers as needed.
  • Complete company training and in-services in a timely manner, including OSHA training and PPD placements.
  • Prepare rooms and equipment for office procedures, assisting providers with clinical care.
  • Greet patients in the waiting area, escort them to exam rooms, and assist with updating EMR charts.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current state license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of medical/surgical experience preferred.
