The BLS Company is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Astoria, NY 11105. This full-time position comes with an estimated annual salary of $55,000-$70,000, depending on experience.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for assigning reservations and dispatching Chauffeurs. You will also maintain contact with Chauffeurs to ensure the delivery of superior service to our clientele. Additionally, you will monitor flight schedules, airports activities and traffic conditions to help Chauffeurs proactively respond to potential service disruptions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Experience in dispatching, preferably with a ground transportation company, is highly desirable. Familiarity with Excel and Santa Cruz software is also required.
