Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at The BLS Company in NYC. As a key member of our Operations Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless ground transportation services across the USA.

Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working in fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for assigning reservations, dispatching chauffeurs, and maintaining contact with drivers to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign reservations and dispatch chauffeurs to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain communication with drivers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor flight schedules, airport activities, and traffic conditions to proactively address potential disruptions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the ground transportation industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
