Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Special Procedures Tech to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and assisting Interventional Radiologists in specialized radiology procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care to assist Interventional Radiologists in specialized radiology procedures
  • Ensure radiation safety
  • Administer IV contrast in a surgical/radiological setting
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification
  • Certified Vascular Interventional Radiology certification within 1 year of employment start date
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiology technology
  • Three to five years of experience in specialized interventional radiology preferred
