**Warehouse Operations Associate Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team at The House of Lights.

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our extensive inventory, ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and effectively to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely arrival of products.
  • Handle inventory tasks, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and order management.
  • Assist with showroom displays and product relocation.
  • Utilize computer databases for merchandise tracking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support.
  • Engage in facility maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in warehouse operations and delivery.
  • Background in electrical work and maintenance.
  • Strength to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Strong balance and the ability to climb ladders 18 to 20 feet.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information clearly.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and openness to learning new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Professionalism, dependability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and a sense of humor.
