About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Advocate to join our team. As a key contributor to our mission, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of millions by connecting them with the support they need.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements.
  • Work closely with a collaborative team of people who share your passion for transforming lives.
  • Be a key contributor to improving the lives of millions by connecting them with the support they need to thrive.
Requirements
  • At least 1-year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling practices.
  • Passion for mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially over the phone, and a willingness to receive feedback.
  • Focused and determined, optimistic and creative.
  • College graduate or Associate's degree in a customer-related field.
  • Interest in working remotely and residing in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NC, NE, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI.
  • Able to work Monday - Friday 2:45pm - 6:45pm CST.
