As a Lead Internal Auditor at Rust-Oleum, your primary role will involve executing financial and internal control audits across our various subsidiaries.

This encompasses assessing essential internal controls, compiling audit reports, and formulating recommendations for enhancements. You will also engage with both internal and external stakeholders, travel as necessary, and remain informed about compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and validate key internal controls
  • Compile audit reports and actionable recommendations

  • Stay updated on regulatory laws and standards

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
