Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales by maintaining and exceeding sales goals, communicating client needs to the operations team, and generating sales leads and prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by regularly visiting their place of business, attending trade-related association and networking events, and participating on association committees.
  • Field Sales and Operations: Prepare field employees for assignments with clients, build relationships with field employees, and manage and transmit information to support the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Regular and Predictable Attendance: Essential function of the job.
  • Familiarity with Standard Computer Systems and CRM Systems: Helpful for managing client relationships and sales data.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $50,000 per year.
  • Uncapped Commission: Eligible for commissions based on sales performance.
