Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of facilities project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop proactive solutions to address any issues that arise.
  • Oversee the procurement process for all equipment, materials, and services needed for our facility projects.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings to provide timely updates to stakeholders and keep everyone aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.

Requirements:

  • A background in a food manufacturing environment is preferred, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • At least 5 years of overall project management experience.
  • Knowledge of wastewater, ammonia, steam, electricity, compressed air, and gas utilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD is a must, with familiarity with MS Project being a bonus.
  • Experience in contractor management is essential, with the ability to get the best from external partners.
