About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Carrier and Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx Store 1441. As a Key Carrier, you will alternate between performing the role of Coordinator and taking on a leadership role in maintaining all aspects of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a positive internal and external customer experience, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Leadership: Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure, and ensuring store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan.
  • Operations: Ensure accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience, and maintain a safe environment.
  • Training and Development: Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness, and provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates.
Requirements
  • Availability: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Teamwork: Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills, and able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures, and knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, and a range of benefits, including Associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) Associate contributions, and more.
