Job ResponsibilitiesThe Sign Material Installer will be responsible for installing and applying vinyl materials to sign substrates. This role requires excellent mechanical capabilities, strong analytical skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
About You- We are looking for an individual with experience in operating machinery, tools, and equipment such as exacto knives, squeegees, rulers, jig saw, and hand tools.
- You should have knowledge of safety procedures and adherence to regulations related to employee safety.
- Familiarity with construction methods, OSHA standards, and general industry knowledge is also required.
- Install and apply vinyl materials to sign substrates using weeding, masking, and other techniques.
- Maintain work area and machinery/tools in good working condition, ensuring proper storage and handling of equipment.
- Operate various tools and equipment, including electric and pneumatic tools, while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Assist in setting up and organizing production areas, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training or certification preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant field (construction, manufacturing) is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
$48,000 - $58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
