Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, guide design, and manage a variety of civil engineering projects.
  • Engage with clients on current projects and position the firm for future opportunities.
  • Supervise technical staff to ensure project delivery.
  • Prepare and manage project scope, budget, and schedule while meeting deliverables.
  • Assist in developing and ensuring adherence to QA/QC protocols.
  • Ensure all project outputs meet established corporate standards.
  • Support business development efforts to foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Registered PE in Washington and/or Oregon.
  • Experience in local regions is advantageous.
  • Background in residential and commercial master planned development projects.
  • Able to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience mentoring civil project engineers and EITs.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Experience in specification writing and engineering cost estimates.
  • Interest in business development and client relationship management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to be insured for company vehicle operation may be required.
