Job Title: AHL Off Ice Official

Join our team as an Off Ice Official for the American Hockey League (AHL) at the SAP Center and Tech CU Arena. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of hockey events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an extension of the on-ice officiating crew, conducting yourself in a professional and non-biased manner that represents the AHL.
  • Ensure all final stats are filed correctly and in accordance with AHL rules.
  • Record live game stats through the Real-Time Scoring System (RTSS) and distribute Official AHL Forms to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Fulfill your game-night responsibility designated to you by your supervisor in accordance with the AHL Off-Ice Manuel.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of all off-ice official duties.
  • Intimate knowledge of the AHL Rule Book.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to staff members and the ability to work respectfully with others.
