Physical Therapist Job Opportunity at Avera St Mary's Hospital

Award-winning Avera St Mary's Hospital is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist at Avera, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to patients in a variety of settings, including acute care, TCU/LTC, swing bed, pediatrics, and outpatient adult.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Physical Therapy treatments to patients
  • Supervise and instruct patients on physical therapy exercises
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-approved School of Physical Therapy
  • Current licensure from the South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners
  • Continuing education program credits preferred
  • Clinical internship experience
