Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Stryten Energy. This is a 40-hour week, paid opportunity that will provide valuable experience in designing and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing electrical system architectures, conducting tests of electronic prototypes, and analyzing test results and data. You will work closely with our manufacturing, software, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of top-performing energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical system architectures
  • Conduct tests of electronic prototypes
  • Analyze test results and data
  • Support the manufacturing, software, and mechanical teams

Requirements:

  • Graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
  • Working towards BS in Electrical Engineering
  • You must have housing and transportation
  • Experience using electronic test equipment and instrumentation
  • Experience in troubleshooting electronics
  • Experience with high precision manual soldering
  • Knowledge of power electronics, particularly for AC/DC power converters including digital power control of switching topologies from 3-100kW desirable
  • Working with software engineers to interface embedded power controllers with embedded Linux systems and IoT data modules
